JOHNSTON CITY – A woman was arrested and cited after Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies found cocaine and fentanyl in her vehicle following a traffic stop for a traffic violation just before 11 Sunday night in the area of I-57 and Herrin Road in Johnston City.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Felicia M. Hill was taken to and lodged in the Williamson County Jail.

The sheriff’s office says Hill was found driving on a revoked license.

Williamson County Sheriff’s K9 Roxy was deployed to conduct a free air sniff of the vehicle. Roxy provided a positive alert to the odor of illegal narcotics.

A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and two clear vials were found. They contained a white rock substance which field tested positive for fentanyl.

The substance was later field tested for cocaine with a positive indication. Deputies believe the substance to be fentanyl laced cocaine. The substance is being forwarded to the Illinois State Police Crime lab for further analysis.
