BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024.

Forty-seven-year-old Clarissa R. Terry is wanted out of Franklin County for theft. She was last known to be living in the Ewing area. 

Fifty-year-old Bernard P. Barth is wanted out of Franklin County for violation of an order of protection. He was last known to be living in the Carbondale area.  

Thirty-three-year-old Eddie D. Burch is wanted out of Franklin County for battery. He was last known to be living in the Rockford, IL area. 

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
