CHRISTOPHER/ZEIGLER – IDOT wants you to know about an upcoming road closure on Illinois 148 between Christopher and Zeigler.

Beginning Thursday, June 1, Illinois 148 will be closed from just north of Yellowbanks Road to just south of Renfro Lake Road for reconstruction. The road will remain closed until July 28.

Drivers should use the marked detour route along Illinois 14 in Christopher, Illinois 184 and Illinois 149 in Zeigler.
