Starting at 5 AM, Saturday, March 28 to 5 AM, Sunday, March 29, South Bound Route 51 (University Ave.) will be closed from Walnut Street to Mill Street.

There will be a signed detour route guiding drivers to East Bound Route 13, to South Wall Street, to West Mill Street. Elm, Cherry, and College Street will remain open for mobility in this area. Oakland and Poplar may also be used as alternate routes.
