CARMI – A Carmi woman is charged with Domestic Battery after Carmi Police responded to the White County Probation Office Monday after being made aware that someone was reporting in for probation and had red marks from a possible domestic situation that happened earlier that morning.

Carmi Police say officers arrived, saw the marks and took a complaint for Domestic Battery.

Police arrested 42-year-old Starlett Dunn for the offense. She was lodged in the White County Jail.
