BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024.

Thirty-year-old Jacklyn S. Steed is wanted out of Franklin County for theft. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area. 

Thirty-seven-year-old Travis J. Deceuninck is wanted out of Franklin County for assault. 

Fifty-four-year-old Fregernald E. Hicks is wanted out of Franklin County for theft and burglary. He was last known to be living in the Carbondale area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
