MARION – Marion Police arrested a couple from Marion on drug charges Monday.

According to Marion Police, 42-year-old Joshua Mueller and his wife, 43-year-old Jamie Mueller were arrested for Possession of 15 to 100 grams of Fentanyl with the Intent to Deliver, Possession of 5 to 15 grams of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, Possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Police say their investigation of the Mueller’s revealed that they are following in the footsteps of other recent arrestees of the Marion Police Department and are procuring Fentanyl from a major metropolitan area and bringing it to the city of Marion to sell.
