BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023.

Twenty-four-year-old Dakota A. Holmes of Marion is wanted for Failure to Appear-Possession of Methamphetamine. His bond is set at $25,000.

Forty-nine-year-old Justin M. Fitzwater of Zeigler is wanted for Failure to Appear-Criminal Damage to Property. His bond is set at $15,000.

Forty-nine-year-old Theresa D. Rutland of Christopher is wanted for Failure to Appear-Possession of Methamphetamine. Her bond is set at $7,500. Her picture is not available.
